I had been unwell for a few days then after the weekend I rang the surgery on Monday morning. I was given an appointment tp see a doctor that same morning. The doctor who examined me was kind, caring and very thorough. He then said that he would like me to go to the hospital. He called the hospital while I was still in the examination room and was told that they would see me straight away if I could go that same day. Crich Medical practice have proved to be very efficient once again and I cannot thank the doctor enough for his quick diagnosis and action. Many thanks.

I was 10 minutes late from my appointment with the nurse but was still seen. She explained what they found in my blood test and next steps. She was kind and informative. A great first experience at the practice.

I was given a prompt appointment and seen by the doctor within hours. I did not have to wait very long at the surgery and the doctor was courteous and explained the situation well.

A prompt appointment in my own village. A thoughtful and caring GP who listened carefully to my experience of symptoms, and examined with consideration. Made sure that I knew I could contact the surgery immediately if I had any more concerns. Very reassuring.

Doctor always caring and understanding. Medicine prescribed and patient on the mend. All areas checked by doctor. Talked to my child as well as me, which is nice.

Having just moved to the area, this was my first experience of the Doctors. I called and spoke to a lovely receptionist, was offered an appointment the same day ( not what I’m used to!)and saw a really approachable and friendly Doctor! I was really amazed and pleased by the whole experience!

I was feeling unwell and an appointment was made for me that day. My appointment was on time and the GP listened and was thorough in her examination and explanation of my symptoms. I collected medication within 30 minutes and was able to begin treatment immediately.

Called practice as needed an emergency appointment, although the practice was very busy all staff were very helpful, receptionist was lovely and got an appointment for that day, doctor was very professional and helpful
