Never had any cause for complaint at this usually excellent practice until today. My first experience today of seeing an unempathetic GP who I have not seen before. They seemed more concerned with venting their own feelings about a situation instead of asking how I was feeling in the circumstances. Unhappy at the withdrawal of a vital support service offered by the practice, I was sent away to find help elsewhere without any assistance from the GP. I came away feeling worse than I went in.

The doctor instantly put my young daughter at ease (who was worried she was there to have injections). They had such a gentle patient manner with her, listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel like I was over reacting or wasting their time.

Really good response from the receptionist - empathetic and recognising that speed was required Excellent first appointment with this doctor who was kind in approach, engaged in detailed discussion of symptoms with me and was highly professional. An excellent consultation with a clear route to follow-up treatment

I moved to the area at a time where I was quite unwell. The doctors here have been most helpful and polite. I was made to feel comfortable straight away and was able to discuss things at my own pace.

Practice was very responsive to a 111 notifications, enabling same day appointment. Doctor was friendly and professional, leaving me feeling well cared for. The doctor provided understandable explanations of the issues and options, and you feel that you are part of the decision making process.

I visited recently and was seen an excellent doctor. They are knowledgeable and thoughtful regarding information supplied to her. They are thorough in her approach and I have always received appropriate treatment under their care. She listens well and offers effective solutions. Working full I'm an inflexible job, this is important to me. I would certainly recommend her.

As always I experienced an excellent service from Crich Medical Practise with regards to my online query. The staff from the reception team down to the doctor, were helpful, compassionate and professional.
