Review titled Missed appointment by the doctors
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Meghbai Patel - Posted on 14 November 2023
I have been trying for there week for an appointment, this review is rated to my 76 old Mother who is having certain issues. When they book a telephone appointment, three times no one has called and when you call them to ask why the appointment was missed by the doctor? We get the same old story, we don't know. It is very upsetting they are not looking after the old people in their community. She has a right to see a doctor face to face rather than booking an online consultation which they never attend the appointments they book.

Review titled No care for elderly
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 22 September 2023
Receptionists blocking way for I’ll pensioner to see a doctor. My parent is over 80 and numerous times she’s walked up to arrange an appointment as is fobbed off with ‘a doctor will call you’ - waiting room completely empty and as she’s hard of hearing all she wants is 5 mins with a doctor. This surgery needs to start caring and put measures in for their elderly patients. A good start would be an efficient and caring receptionist who is made aware that these people have a right to access to a GP. What exactly are the GPS doing when this surgery will not help to get an appt.

Review titled Worst practice ever
Rated 1 star out of 5
by CHELSEA LENDORE - Posted on 24 January 2023
I had an appointment today and gave a courtesy call that i might be running late and i arrived 17:15pm on the dot . When i arrived the receptionist was on the phone for about 10/15 mins which means i didn't get seen with the receptionist till 17:30pm. When the receptionist saw me she said because your late i have to see if the nurse will see you. The nurse advised she couldnt see me because i was late....... I advised her and reassured her that i was not late i was infact here at 17:15 on the dot but she was on the phone for 10-15mins did not even acknowledge the other person or myself or the person that was infront of me. What upset me is that the receptionist told me what time i came when she had no clue she didnt even know i was there till i came off the phone she just '' assumed '' and chose to point the finger as she was on the phone the whole time. Crest medical center has the worse service this is not the first time i have had issues with this GP and i am planning on moving over to another GP clinic. When you call up to speak to crest medical center there are a Number of reception staff that are rude. I'm very dissapointed that i rushed and left work early which means i lost 2hrs pay to be told that i was late when i wasnt and couldnt be seen.
