Attended Crawcrook Surgery for my Covid booster and I was very impressed with the really efficient process they had. Virtually no waiting around. In one door and out the other within a few minutes.

I attended for my boosters, got to say how well organised the system was, I arrived the queue was quite long but I waited no more than 10 mins from joining the queue to having the booster vacs well done to all

I had both Flu and COVID injections at the Crawcrook practice they were very helpful quick and professional. Very satisfied with the service I got.

Attended the booster clinic and despite there being allocated appointment times it was done on a first come first served basis and I was the only person I heard being asked for my appointment time when talking to other patients some had arrived up to an hour earlier than their appointment time and still got in before me. The nurses giving boosters were great and other staff were friendly enough

Attended Rowlands Gill practice yesterday for a flu jab. Arrived on time and seen to almost straight away. Pleasant nurse and efficient process.

Only waited a few minutes to see the nurse who was very friendly. She took bloods easily which is unusual. Explained why she was taking them. She was efficient and put me at ease.

I had my covid jab on Saturday morning and it was quite busy. The queue however moved very quickly. I was not expecting to fill a form in when I arrived and hadn’t got my glasses with me but did manage albeit slowly. Plus they needed next of kin name and number. Again without my glasses I had to use my mobile phone to find the phone number. Therefore it took me twice as long to actually fill in the form whereas had I known about form filling I would have had my glasses with me and got through more quickly. The staff were all very nice, kind and helpful. I would go to the surgery again if I was invited to attend there.

Thought saturdays Covid injections was very organised pity the ritual of trying to get through to practice and getting appointments was the same

Efficient and friendly staff. I was offered my flu vaccine alongside Covid booster which meant I was able to cancel my appointment later in the week. Thank you.
