Today sadly was my husbands funeral, Dr and all staff at Cranes park Road Surgery have been so supportive and helpful to me though my loss which after being with my husband for 65 years meant a lot, even making the effort to phone me and ask if there is anything I need or than can do for me at this terrible time, so understanding I cannot praise them enough or find the words to do so, when my husband was here they were always caring and genuine with their help and support, Thank you Crane’s Park Surgery you Dr and staff deserve an award which regrettably I cannot give them. Bless you all for being there for us.

Recently lost my beloved husband after 60 plus married Cranes Park Surgery have been a great support to me even Doctor took time to come out and asked what help I needed promising to even come again and to phone Surgery if I need any help Cranes Park Drs and staff have always been their for us nothing too much trouble and if necessary appointment on same day very caring and professional thank you all for your support which is apprecisted

Was given a same day appointment which was really necessary Staff great helpful and caring has always Dr superior was wonderful so understanding and caring even took the trouble to phone the following day to check if I was alright not many if any surgeries would do that Dr always takes time and never ever rushes you out of her consulting room thank you Dr and staff for all your help appreciated

Having been a patient for 18 months now I can honestly say the service is very personal, very professional and the best I've ever received, the doctor and staff go out of their way to get to know you and tailor the service they provide to my personal needs. The doctor is passionate about the care she provides and genuinely cares about her patients, I feel like a person with health problems and not just a 4 minute inconvenience rushed out of the door. The reception staff are excellent and again, genuinely care. A***

Yet again we had to visit Cranes Road Surgery same day appointment the Dr plus staff are so good can’t help patients enough nice to have someone who listens and does not hurry you out thank you to Dr and staff for your caring way it it so much appreciated

Feel must review Cranes Road Park Surgery after seeing news about GP’s not picking up on needing B12 Dr at this surgery is excellent after explaining how poorly I felt did tests now on B12/folic Acid and also found Pernicious Anemia there was no hesitation in sorting me out straight on my case thank you whilst sending this review would like to mention how good the staff are putting patient at ease and listening to them even though they are busy couldn’t wish for better support from Drs and Staff feel lucky being with this surgery confident they have mine and husbands care with them and always get an appointment

My husband and I are treated well by our Doctor very efficiently, blood tests, inoculations, blood pressure, ECG Etc. The doctor always keeps a close eye on my various health issues. Under current constraints with the NHS our service is first class

Managed to get an appointment the same day I phoned and the appointment went ahead on time. Always a warm welcome from the doctor who is well aware of my medical condition and shows genuine concern and gives good sound practical advice and I am more than happy with this practice

I was able to obtain a same day appointment with my GP who conducted a thorough examination and listened to me carefully. The doctor made a prompt referral for tests and as a result I was seen quickly at a local hospital. I was able to then obtain a speedy follow up appointment with the GP to discuss next steps. All round a positive experience with everything explained clearly and concisely and I felt I had been treated promptly and with a good level of patient care.
