Review titled Phenomenal practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

This practice is wonderful. Dr E is one in a million. His skill and knowledge is unmatched. He is so kind, calm, polite, caring and never rushes patients. My interaction with the phlebotomist yesterday was wonderful, she is welcoming, kind, funny and so very amazing at her job. I hate needles but has entirely alleviated my fear. All staff here are wonderful and all deserve to be recognised for the amazing work they do. Thank you to everyone at Crabbs cross surgery. You are all golden 🌟

Review titled Great nursing support
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Mike Hopkins - Posted on 19 September 2023
As someone who has not had great experience of GP surgeries in recent years, I was incredibly impressed with the treatment I've had to re-dress my wounds from an accident during the last 2 weeks. The nurse has not only done an excellent job but rang me to check and make appointment changes to improve my recovery time!

Review titled Clinical nursing skills
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 27 January 2023
I’m attending the surgery now under the GP for higher blood pressure/ due to preeclampsia. My appointment was with a nurse who is to take my blood pressure for evidence upon reviewing my medication in time. The nurse took my blood pressure using the electronic BP machines when I asked if she could perform a manual check so I have an accurate reading. She said she didn’t know how to and got someone else to assist. Utterly horrified by this… to make it worse my high blood pressure reading she stated was within normal range when in fact it was pre hypertension. The basic fundamentals clinical skills a nurse requires wasn’t there. The care and communication at this practice is poor.
