After a consultation call from the doctor. I was asked to attend an appointment that afternoon. I attended the appointment and was give em another appointment to go to have an X-ray. I call the X-ray department and was given an appointment for the next afternoon. The doctor also passed on my moble number for me to receive an emergency appointment. I received a call today and I now have an appointment within 2 weeks.

I can honestly say that I am so impressed with the treatment I have received at both our local surgery at Crookhorn Lane over the years and a recent visit to Cosham Park for minor surgery. Really can’t fault you - well done!

I have recently been transferred to this surgery following the closure of my previous surgery. Despite having 2 health conditions i can never get an appointment on the three occasions i have managed to i have only seen a dr once and have seen a pharmacist twice to do a copd and cardiac reviews. There must be something that can be done to make it easier to get an appointment and see an actual dr.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a very large team of highly skilled clinicians and care coordinators. We are fortunate to have an extensive Pharmacy team made up of Prescription Clerks, Pharmacy Technicians and Clinical Pharmacists. The Pharmacy Technicians an Clinical Pharmacists all see patients in specific clinics. Within this team our Senior Clinical Pharmacists have specialist knowledge and interests and will likely be the most appropriate clinician to manage your condition - which is why you would have been booked into them for your COPD and Cardiac reviews. During these reviews, if the Pharmacist, or any other team member, considers you need to speak to or see a GP, they will arrange that.

Had a blood test. Nurse was very nice. Only complaint was car parking , as we came from Waterlooville.

Blood test was again cancelled but when i came to the surgery an appointment was gound for me .always a very good and efficient blood test...just a shame the surgery management is so poor.drs nurses when you get to see them are great.

The appointments were on time and actioned without fuss. Each of the healthcare staff were friendly and professional. The procedure was thoroughly and clearly explained. Each gave pointers which helped me understand my condition.

I've only managed to get one appointment so far and it was great. However I forget very frustrated by the whole push 1 or 2 ect. Every ones idea of an emergency is very different

Having completed an econsult which In it’s self is tricky as not many are given I’d manage to get through and then been given an appointment which made me feel guilty as there are others worse than me. I took the appointment, the doctor was lovely, very caring, understanding and listened to me. I came out feeling much better although she can do not more I now still have to wait for a hospital appointment which has been cancelled twice. Thank you doctor!!
