Friendly welcome by the nurse and told what the blood test would show. Efficiently taken and I was on my way after being told that the results would take a week and I’d only receive a call back if the results showed something unusual

After the stress of trying to get an appointment at Crookhorn surgery, trying on line with no lucg, getting messages with links which were confusing and holding in queues, I was so suprised and happy to get an appt to so quickly to remove a mole. The process and speed at Cosham was brillaiint. The Dr and assistant were absolutely lovely. I need to move surgeries!!

The nurse taking bloods tried 5 times to get blood with no success, so she made another appointment, i had already waited 2 weeks now i have to wait till 11th sept for snother attempt, and the parking is a joke, had to park in tescos and walk through, not good enough considering it was the dr that insisted i had bloods done to diagnose my chest problem......all staff very friendly though

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the nurse was unable to draw your blood, this does sometimes happen. We would have offered you the next available appointment. With regards to the parking, this is not guaranteed and is not contractual. I hope that the blood test helps to diagnose.

Recent appointment was absolutely fine and all of them always are, however on my previous appointment someone had put the wrong code in and registered me as being pregnant. I was then bombarded with notifications on my 16 week boosters for my 'unborn baby' which is pretty devastating being I have fertility issues. A very weak apology was given. Utterly gobsmacked how this could happen.

I attended an appointment at the Crookhorn Surgery. The doctor put me at ease from the very Start making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. I left the surgery feeling that my needs had been met and I had a clear way forward with a treatment plan.

The health care assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer some queries I had. It would have been better if I could have booked at my closest clinic, rather than a partner clinic.
