Was dealt with fine, walked in with no appointment for duty doctor to giive iinjection, only took 5 mins, very quickly done

This is the first appointment that i have been able to get for weeks. First telephone consultation then had to go in as urgent to see doctor. Doctor was fantastic as i did have another problem which he advised me there and then. Parking is a absolute nightmare at the doctors. Took me 15mins to park driving around cosham before i found a space as surgery car park is always full. Had to wait 20mins later than my booked appointment time which wasnt ideal

I was unable to get an appointment for both myself and my husband to attend at the same time for covid and flu vaccinations. My husband is disabled and cannot attend on his own, this means I will have to find a slot in my busy diary to take him; not ideal

I was able to park without any difficulty. I was seen quickly upon my arrival at the scheduled time. The doctor was polite, considerate and professional. I was given explanations at all points of the examination and diagnosis. A referral to QA for further test was arranged on the day and notification was received by text (as agreed).

This was a very satisfactory visit as not only were my bloods taken, I also discussed other problems I was experiencing and as a result I was invited for a check up at St Mary’s dermatology department and now await a small operation. The results of my blood tests came back very quickly and I now have some extra medication. The nurse practitioner (who I believe was a district nurse) was very professional and caring and she is a credit to the practice. Thank you for being so helpful.

I phoned for urgent appt at precisely 8am and line said busy. Phoned back at 8.01 and was no 10 in queue. Gave details and within 15 mins had GP phone me back with appt for 9am. Couldn't ask for better

So much better to be able to speak to someone face to face rather than over the phone. Far better service and nurse was fabulous. Last time I had a phone call and the doctor basically asked what treatment would I like to go on, so this was a far better experience.
