Sent me a text saying my appointment was a telephone appointment for 3pm. Rang at 4pm and was told Dr was busy but I would be next. Rang at 5pm and was told Dr was busy but I would be next. Rang at 6pm and was told Dr was busy, then tried ringing at 6.30pm only to get a generic "the practice is now closed." On Google, it said the practice was still open, so I went. It was closed. It's now 7pm. And I haven't been told anything or been given any updates.
