I had an acute flare up of copd when seei g the dr i couldnt stand due to breathlessness and low oxygen levels. I was helped by staff who made me comfortable as the dr arranged an ambulance. Then some of the staff stayed late to look after me until the ambulance left. Thankyou so much for all your kind and professional support. I am back home feeling much better.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback especially after experiencing a flare up and needing emergency care while you were with us. Emergencies can and do happen in the practice and all our staff are incredibly caring and move mountains for patients when they do. Ask my GP is a great system to communicate to our doctors without queuing anxiously, as you can read a book, do some housework and have a cup of tea while one waits, an enhancement to the phone system. The team from the reception to our doctors really caring and sensitive to our needs; our doctor today was thorough, unhurried, clear and amazingly thoughtful has done his utmost, above and beyond all my expectations. The outcome is v good and prompt, blood test, urine test within the hour, and my husband is now chatting to the mental health team discussing treatment plan.
