The staff are horrible, rude, they impersonate medical professionals and give wrong information whilst refusing to give you an appointment! Management are no better. They deem it perfectly acceptable behaviour! Absolutely disgusting! What a joke of a surgery!

Dear Sophie I apologise for the bad experience you have received at the surgery. I would like to meet with you and discuss in more detail so that we can fully investigate and address your concerns. It is not appropriate for anyone to feel this way. Please can you contact the surgery to arrange to meet with the myself the Practice Manager.

Trying to get an appointment for last 4 days. Unable to get a doctor appointment and convoluted process to get prescription. It's time wasting. Kind of services you expect in a third world countries.
