    The Nurse that dealt with my annual review went above the call of duty and called me later that day (unaranged) to provide relevant information to my earlier appointment. Top Lady!!!

    I was on time with my appointment the doctor I saw was very professional. No why I come before I got there give me a lot of information and asked me questions how I was going on and referred to a follow-up appointment later waiting for me to go and see the physio, and to get back in touch with her for further instructions

    I received a text message that a call was arranged for 30.08.24. 9-1pm to discuss my recent blood results. Waited for the call all morning. I needed to collect my prescription from the chemist next door to the surgery at 1pm. Whilst there I also attended GP reception to enquire about the call back. Reception confirmed GP called at 1.08pm but shall try again in 15mins. I mentioned the phone did not ring Whilst i was in the chemist. Reception agreed the signal is extremely poor maybe that's why phone did not ring. However I continued to wait until 6pm. But no call received. What a waste of my time. Whoever this clinician was was obviously inept incompetent and a complete waster. I do not want this person to deal with my clinical problems or notes. I would like to know who this person is so I can avoid him / her in the future. Complete waste of time and rubbish service.

    I was struggling with pcos symptoms and work issues like hours and unreasonable adjustments and the receptionists and Dr's have looked into it and also talked about my body going through trauma symptoms related to gbh which have gone on for a long time and the Dr was fantastic in recognising this on going issue

    Only had a blood test booked but turned out a mistake had been made with appointment. Receptionist sorted it out without any fuss and very polite. I moved to Sheffield a year ago and registered here and have to say very impressed with the attitude of all receptionists, always ready to help.

    Doctor was very thorough and friendly who has referred me for further tests while others hadn’t mentioned a CT scan before to get a clearer picture of the problem

    I spoke with a surgery pharmacist today with regard to my medication. He was very thorough and answered all the questions that I had. I felt comfortable with the outcome after our discussion of the options available. Very pleased with the professional and friendly service.

    I have experienced a very positive improvement in the service and service providers. My consultation with a member of medical team and a member of the nursing team was dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. On this occasion teams gave me time to explain and to be heard was appreciated. I have now been referred to other specialist's. I am finding the atmosphere within the practice pleasant staff have been kind and helpful. Thank you.

    I am approaching retirement age so took advantage of a health check appointment. It revealed that like my parents, my cholesterol is a bit high. I had a v helpful discussion with a practice nurse about what I can do in terms of diet and exercise to help reduce that and a follow-up monitoring appointment. This should help me avoid needing to go on statins medication which will be good.
