The physio therapist I spoke to was very friendly, polite and professional. She was well informed and wanted to do a proper review of my symptoms and knee pain and made another appointment for us to consider the advice properly, rather than rushing through and not properly listebjbg to my health problems. I really appreciated this and look forward to coming to the surgery again to speak to the physio therapist- i also saw another physio therapist for a different problem -back pain and he too was exemplary, thank you very much.

Visited today and as always received extremely professional service. Just called in on the off chance for some help. Both receptionists went above and beyond to help and nurse was excellent with help and advice.

First class service from reception and the doctor leading to resolve the problem, advised me to an attend the eye clinic at the hospital very happy with the outcome thanks to everyone concerned.

I was on time with my appointment the doctor I saw was very professional. No why I come before I got there give me a lot of information and asked me questions how I was going on and referred to a follow-up appointment later waiting for me to go and see the physio, and to get back in touch with her for further instructions

The staff are courteous and very helpful. They used all means of communication to inform me about the appointment. It was the first time I was using Anima so it needed to be physically verified. I rang the Practice and the staff were able to check and confirm my details. I was told I would be contacted to confirm whether I'd be seen in person or will be assessed on the phone. When i went in for the appoint, I didnt have to wait long when the doctor called me. He asked me many questions about how i was feeling and also referred to the historical records he had. After examining me, he explained to me the treatment options I had and the side effects of the medication. The doctor was very emphatic and his communication was excellent!
