I just wanted to let you know what a positive experience I have had with the surgery today and in recent months. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Receptionists are kind, patient and helpful. The appointment booking system works well. The combination of NHS App, queue outside the door at 8am, ring at about 8:25am, means I always get seen when I need to. The GPs are thorough and reassuring. I tried to book my flu jab as I was leaving today, and was told if I just waited 10 minutes, they would squeeze me in. I was seen within five. I have already recommended the practice to my mum, who has recently transferred across. I'm so pleased I did, as her experience so far has been very good too. Thank you for all that you do to keep me and my family well.

I have always liked this practice for 43 years, I still like this practice and will always like this practice. We have seen some changes over the years but CRS has never let us down. Thank you CRS.

Thank you to reception staff and medical staff. Prompt professional. Sad to read negative feed back especially for reception staff, only doing their job with so many restrictions and short staff same as all industries.
