Very informative and helpful, friendly staff, couldn’t do the procedure on the day as my own GP had misinformed me unfortunately.

What a fantastic team, they made me feel relaxing and dealt with my problems in a speedy manner. I was very happy with the service and the results.

I had to have a skin tag removed and was given an appointment very quickly. On the day of the procedure I was put at ease and what was going to happen explained very clearly. The whole procedure took a matter of minutes. The clinical area was clean and tidy. The doctor explained what would be happening with the removed tag, which would be sent for testing, and the outcome reported back to me. Aftercare - I was asked to get in touch with the nurse if I was experiencing anything unusual.

The reception team were polite & friendly helpful too The nurse & the doctor I saw made me feel comfortable, the minor surgery hurt but was prob me being to soft ha I had everything explained to me has what wa goin to happen, I was in & out in 30 mins

Staff were lovely and very talkative. Made the experience 10 times better. They communicated very well the procedure and made sure I understood it, they made me feel comfortable and not nervous. The procedure was over within 5-10 mins. They gave me a kitkat, a cup of coffee and, to my amusement, a gold chocolate coin saying how brave I was. Best experience I’ve had at any practise
