In the past, when I seen the Dr about my cyst that was quite large on my head, I was told to leave it be and not willing to discuss further. This made me feel sad, as I was really self conscious of it as it interfered with every day life. However a sort while ago I saw a really good Dr about my other problems as together it getting too much for me to bare and I was told about this clinic that was local. I got an appointment right away with little effort and I was in and out very quickly. I am happy with the appearance after the removal and everything was explained clearly. I looking forward to when fully healed and the stitches removed.

I arrived and was taken to the room within 5 minutes, The surgeon and her assistant was exceptional very polite and made me at ease and it was all.done in less then 10 minutes.

I was so nervous for the minor surgery that I completely forgot the nurses names but they were so nice and patient with me. I asked so many questions and they answered in a really nice and calm tone that helped me out. One of the nurses let me hold her hand and it was so sweet of her to give me a super brave chocolate coin. So pleased I’ve trusted them them.

The Doctor and Nurse were extremely courteous and went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable The Surgery wa carried out fro my perspective meticulously with regard to my pain threshold Even shown the offending article removed !! Why cannot all Surgeries aspire to such level of service Could and will not fault

There was 2 disabled parking spaces which were taken so I struggled parking, It was easy to check in at reception. The nurse came to the waiting room to greet me. Both the nurses were lovely and the treatment was fast and efficient with plenty of advice given. I would recommend them.

The whole experience of my minor procedure was professional and actually enjoyable. The nurse practitioner who dealt with me was reassuring and put me at ease with her manner. The procedure itself was undertaken and post the local anaesthetic I didn’t even realise it had happened . Full marks…

Great service.. great Dr and felt safe and confident due to the DR's manor. Super! Felt comfortable. Would go back quite happily. Treatment given was done quickly and I've not had much problems with recouping. Thank you!

Procedure was explained and done with ease. Was happy with what I had done. Aftercare wasn't explained as needed. Would have felt better with better aftercare advice
