Warm welcome waiting time was very minimum and service from Doctor and nurse was very good the Doctor explained things clearly about the procedure thanks

I was really scared and he made me feel so much at ease. He explained what was happening and kept checking I was alright all the way through the procedure.

Had minor surgery at The Willows - the ladies were reassuring, professional, and surprisingly quick with the procedure. Once I'd had any aftercare explained to me, and received my complimentary coffee and biscuit, I was on my way barely 20 minutes after arriving. Couldn't fault a thing about it.

Went for minor surgery. I’m happy with the service I received to the day, staff were helpful knowledgeable and the environment was clean. Pre and post op advice was completely lacking however, I did not receive a letter or any advice pre appointment, nor what to do following the op (eg, no idea if I can shower/ get the area wet) so my experience was a mixed one

Super friendly receptionist, under 5 Minutes wait time from arrival to being seen. Very friendly practitioner and assistant, really reassuring and knowledgable. Haven’t had such a good experience at a medical apt in years. The people are godsends, what a brilliant practice.

I had an appointment to have a cyst removed - I was quite nervous but everyone was so lovely! The nurses explained everything to me beforehand and really put me at ease. We had a lovely chat which kept me nice and distracted, and it was over before I knew it. I even got a chocolate for being good! I went away feeling really clear on how to look after it and what to do next, and they both really made the experience as pleasant as it could be - thank you!!
