Went this month for minor surgery, whole experience was great, no long waits nurses was very pleasant and very professional.

Since I transferred from lower Broughton health centre to cleggs lane Medical practice all the staff Inc reception have been brilliant always get good advice and not long to wait for appointments

I arrived on time and was pleased to see that my appointment was on time meaning no waiting around. Once in, was very happy with the treatment and care I received. Everything was explained very clearly and i was put at ease from the start

Very nice staff and I left feeling that the doctor had done a very good job. I was put at ease right from the start and was happy with the pre surgery information and post recommendations.

I had a wart removed at the surgery. The whole experience was very efficient. The reception staff were polite and professional. The clinical technician communicated clearly what action was being taken, how I would feel during and afterwards. The actual treatment was professionally undertaken with minimal impact.

I was very anxious going into for minor surgery and the surgeon and his assistant were so good with keeping me calm and allowed me to talk their ears off to distract myself
