Been with this practice many years as they are caring, competent and always helpful. Everything is explained in detail.Always seen when neccessary. Highly recommended. My family are fortunate to belong to this practice.

Saw doctor regarding trigger finger, though I also asked about other things. On time. Very professional, informative and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better care.

Felt listened to and time taken to address my concerns. Have been able to make some face to face appointments. This has not always been the case. Prompt texts and communications regarding test results.

I recently had a cervical screening appointment with the practice nurse at Clarence Medical Centre. I was very nervous before attending. The Practice Nurse I saw was very patient with me, caring and genuinely a lovely person. She listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly before the screening. She gave great care and I want to say a big thank you.
