I am a retired GP and GP trainer/tutor. My consultation this morning was conducted in a manner that would have impressed the examiners in a Royal College of General Practice exam. Every box ticked. And done with a smile. Thank you.

I saw two doctors on separate days this week and they both provided superb service by reacting rapidly to a suspected case of sepsis. I was referred to the Emergency Unit at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital within minutes and after 9 hours of tests, Sepsis was not confirmed. I have always received fantastic service from the surgery for over 30 years and am extremely grateful. Thank you.

I had a very bad cut on my thigh that i needed redressing every 4 days for a few weeks. The HCA was extremely good and very professional, very concerned for my injury which was caused by an accident. I cannot recommend the HCA enough she was amazing, I would have no problem at all going back there, (thanks So much, you lm olw who you are). Many thanks Steve

Further to my wife's surgery at Shrewsbury hospital to remove a malignant melanoma, she has attended the surgery couple of times for advice and dressing of her wound. The attention, care and advice has been exemplary. Your nursing care was excellent and we wish to thank you for that. Well done.

I have been receiving twice a week care whilst having a surgical wound redressed.All the nurses have been so kind and friendly and have made the after care process painless. Thank you all for the care you have given me over the past six months .

What an amazing practice we are registered with! We have nothing but praise for the complete experience we’ve had with Claremont Bank Surgery, from receptionist to nurse and doctor, they have all been absolutely amazing. The doctor I saw appeared to have all the time in the world to examine and review my symptoms, I didn’t fell in anyway rushed. The prognosis was accurate and I soon recovered. You hear so many terrible stories about the NHS and GP practices in particular. We only have praise for the efficiency, care & compassion we’ve received from Claremont Bank Surgery. This hasn’t just been on the latest occasion, but consistently over the many years we’ve been fortunate enough to be registered with such an impressive practice.
