I was seen by a GP I've never met before. But he was a kind and lovely man. Obviously caring and attentive. He made me feel at ease and listened to and didn't try to rush me in any way.

All staff are very nice and pleasant, however when speaking about mental health to a doctor they refer you to the mental health nurse this is good however this means attending another appointment which as someone with mental health difficulties isn’t easy. It would be better if they could offer you an appointment with the mental health nurse on that day instead of waiting a week because they only work certain days, also referring for therapy with long waiting lists they need something in between while people are waiting but I understand this isn’t the practices fault.

Had a call from the Dr to discuss the results of a shoulder scan. The Dr was very thorough in talking me through the result, very clear on my options forcthe next steps, she was very polite and personable and at no time did I feel like she was in a hurry to move on to the next call. Thank you.

Been trying to get a face to face appointment, but could only get a phone one, which is not ideal, however the Dr was very helpful & offered me a self referral to joint health as I couldn't get a face to face appointment

Short waiting time and very considerate. My problem was handled efficiently. I was booked in quickly to have various tests and procedures

Very efficient - I was seen very soon after my appointment time. The Doctor listened carefully to my symptoms and I feel I was dealt with appropriately

The doctor I saw today was absolutely brilliant she gave me a full check of everything and was extremely nice to deal with hopefully I can see her again next time I go

I needed to better understand my hospital scan results. The receptionists were really helpful and liaised with the hospital to get the scan results sent to the GP practice and the doctor gave me an in-depth explanation of the results an hour or so after the practice received them. The doctor clearly explained likely next steps. Really helpful consultation and I appreciate the various phone calls the GP staff made to obtain my hospital test results speedily.

Would like to see permanent staff in medical centre, more accessible for appointments. Last time, provided BSL interpreter for my appointment which it is useful for me as more information between staff and myself.
