   Had a very pleasant experience with receptionist at Ruddington. Very considerate, accommodating, polite and helpful. She was also prompt in getting my elderly parent registered and making things smooth. A brilliant change to what it was previously when one was scared to convince a very unfriendly receptionist to get to see a GP, so wouldn't bother. Great relief and I hope she stays!
