I have asked several times over several years not to be sent texts with invites to webinars for which I have absolutely no interest. Despite this, I continue to receive these invites. I know why. Because the practice receives external funding for every patient taking part. It is really annoying for requests to be ignored so maybe you can learn something from this experience and stop ignoring patient requests.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your feedback. As your response is anonymous we are unable to check your SMS status unfortunately. I can confirm we do not receive any external funding for patients to complete questionnaires.
