this surgery responsible for major negligence in my post partum care, they missed my thyroid function test which resulted in me becoming intoxicated with thyroid medicine. also phoning to get an appointment with a GP is an incredibly stressful affair. i have had county negative experiences with their reception staff. warning to all: if you have complex trauma do not use this surgery. their reception staff are discriminatory and they will gaslight you. absolutely appalling service

I placed a precription into the surgery last week for Isosorbide Mononitrate 20mg X 2, but I went to collect from the chemist at Tesco and found upon arriving home that I had been given Salbutamol 100 micograms inhaler X 2. Tesco chemist have confirmed that this is what the doctors sent. i would therefore suggest that new staff are supervised when filling in precription requests as someone may not be so lucky next time. I have had this experience today myself.

Tried to logon to my account, it now state I need photo ID. It should be easier to check an appointment, considering you have to wait 5 weeks to see some one, you can't talk to the receptionist as they can't help you. I don't know who thinks these ideas up, but it hasn't made anything quicker or better.

Having completed an e- consult for my child in the morning, I was very promptly called back with an offer of an appointment within a hour. My child was seen on-time and given a prescription for medication as required. This was a fantastic experience considering how under-pressure the practice is in these current times. A big thank you to the team there.

To get me an appointment at such short notice and the Doctor I saw was so kind and thorough. She made sure all my questions were answered and is a credit to the practice.

Sat on the phone for over an hour for a 2 minute chat with the receptionist absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone

been with them for over 2 years, never been happy but now i m more disappointed than ever. booked an appointment on 17th january for 13th march at 3pm (around my work schedule), on the 13th in the morning had a text that it's been cancelled and rebooked for the 2nd april at 12 (should be at work), 21st march had a text saying that the doctor isn't available anymore for that day, access the link and rebook your appointment, next available 29th april, i ll deffo wait for this ha ha ha....was too comfortable to change my gp till now, but this is ridiculous. also, staff not trained at all... joke :)

I have been severely let down by the surgery when I’m at my most vulnerable and in dreadful pain from total knee replacement I filled out the form requesting more pain medication as only had enough for today and nothing to get me through the night. Rung at lunchtime to make sure it was being processed had to wait until the end of the day when the prescriptions are signed off and when my partner picked them up they are the wrong medication so I’m vulnerable and in pain with no pain meds don’t know what to do you can’t access a doctor or nurse practitioner to talk to, just a receptionist who says there’s nothing she can do

It has always been a nightmare to book an appointment. Now they have introduced forms which cant be filled in on a phone and you need a laptop. Many people from the old generation wouldn’t be able to do that too as not all of them have a computer . The recording states that they will help with the form of you can’t fill it in but when you call they say they shouldn’t be doing that which is not what the recording says. Really unhappy for the way I was treated when I asked for their support when it clearly says they would do if you have issues with filling a form.

New system and website as of 12 February. Left two econsults. Well impressed, both answered within an hour of requests. That’s a big improvement, well done Chineham. Given how much pressure this surgery is under I say “ Well Done”
