  1. Review titled Nothing available when needed

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been unable to get an appointment twice in a row even though I am under the care of hospital doctors. I am simply told to ring again in the afternoon and then ring again the next day. Even to get a sick note I have to first get an appointment. I ended up at a&e as there was no help available.

  3. Review titled Getting the help I badly needed

Rated 5 stars out of 5

8th August 2024: The receptionist was kind, positive, and very exact in the help she gave me. She was very reassuring. I saw the physiotherapist to review an x ray report. I was desperate for this because of the pain I’ve been in. The report was not available although it was due. It was distressing and also not his fault. To his huge credit he followed it up very quickly, got the report, and telephoned me to give me the outcome and help me understand what I could do now. I came off the call with choices and actions I could use. I’m very grateful to both of the staff. Heartfelt thanks.

  4. Review titled Good experiences

After a diagnosis only made because of a doctor being thorough I have had a lot of contact with Chiltern House Medical Centre. They are a lovely team from helpful reception staff to nurses and doctors. Today I met the physiotherapist and he is as friendly and helpful as the others. Special mention to the doctor who has steered me through my treatment with kindness and respect.

Refused to give me repeat prescription of the pill so had to buy it online and they give me appointments when they are closed (2pm). Never answer the phone either. How are they still open?

  6. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Hello Thank you all, especially for what you are doing for my husband. For someone who would never even take a pill for a headache he has accepted that to stay alive and well, he must take the medication he has been asked to take. Thank you all

  7. Review titled Nurse appointment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an appointment with the nurse yesterday at Temple End. Despite my cerebral palsy and my difficulty keeping still, she managed to get my stitches out with no fuss at all. Please pass on my thanks!
