Review titled Dietary instructions
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by andrew stilliard - Posted on 10 July 2024
You asked for feedback from the dietary sheet sent today. I can advise that it was quite helpful for folk not used to healthy eating. Both my wife and I are always health conscious regarding food and diet since we both have heart conditions. But want to state it was a good thing to do. Thanks very much for sending

Review titled Outstanding Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Having just moved to Torquay from Bristol, I was a little concerned on the local dr Surgery's and wondered if they would be as bad as Bristol's practices, I didn't need to worry, had to contact and be seen by them twice, and on both occasions absolutely fantastic service, what a credit to the Torquay . 5 Stars

Review titled Amazing care even during a testing time
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Oli Bowen-Ashwin - Posted on 08 March 2023
I moved to Torbay around 2 years ago but already had family registered at the practice. My partner and I were lucky enough to get a spot to register as well. Since moving we have only ever encountered incredible care. From them helping our 94 year old grandfather with an array of medical issues, swiftly and kindly to them offering consitently clear and strong communication. To summarise their care, I needed to speak to a doctor this week. I called at 8.45am and got a call back from a GP at 9.05am the same day (I missed this call due to work) they then called me at 1pm. They booked me for an appointment that day and the issue was dealt with and follow up appointments put in. This is the same level of care all of our family consistently recieve at Chilcote. In the current climate where the media often bash GPs and discuss how the care isn't good enough, Chilcote are clearly getting it right. It is important this is highlighted and over practices learn from them.
