  2. Review titled Terrible Attitude

Rated 1 star out of 5

Dr ……… Terrible approach for a GP to have. Raised abrasive tone rude and failed to listen to my concerns. Brushed off my reasons for the telephone consultation. Disrespectful to other stakeholders in the care team. I understand we can all have a bad day. However, it felt like the care being provided was sub standard and for an old lady who has been with the surgery for 60 years and seen a lot of change. This GP lets the whole profession down with his rude abrasive and dismissed approach. My suggestion would be that he needs additional training on how to deliver a better companionate approach. We all work with frustrations and limitation as well as time restraints. However, these pressures should never overspill into a patients consultation and for me. This was a prime example of a GP that the profession really does not need letting down the good work they Do. That’s not to say Chatham street surgery provides an otherwise exemplary service. It doesn’t. But this GP was the icing on the cake for bad service. So all round failing for this GP practise in my opinion. They need to do better and be respectful of their patients in the same way the desire respect from patients! I have to be fair in my review that whilst I believe the surgery has been failing for some time. I have had some excellent members of staff support me with my responsibilities as a carer. Which I have to point out is them as an individual going over and above and not the norm.

Bs dr — I really doubt is she is doctor ! She did not bothered to prescribe me any medication for my fresh injury and swelling ! She just said take ibuprofen, but how much mg and what dose to take ? She never write that ! And she said come after 4 to 5 weeks ! But no any follow up in between no any next appointment given ! I think they have allergy with patients ! Pls avoid this doctor.

I have waited for 3 hours and 45 minutes, automated machine tells me I am number 1 since 2 hours! Appalling service especially if one is vulnerable and in need of urgent attention.

  5. Review titled Very bad service

It is practically impossible to reach anyone in the clinic. The website is extremely user unfirendly. Getting an appointment is next to impossible. If I call, I am kept waiting for a very long time. In the surgery, one hardly sees many patients but one is still kept waiting for an hour or longer. No one cares.
