    Great 2nd appointment with v kind and helpful practice nurse who took bloods. She was brilliant and I’d really recommend seeing her for this kind of appointment. Appointment ran to time and she was knowledgeable and helpful - she did a great job.

    Had a great experience. The nurse who gave me my blood test results was very kind and explained very well. She was very helpful in helping get referred to hospital for further checks.

    From the initial phone call, on a Friday I recieved a phone appointment on the same day! I was then given an appointment in surgery for the following Monday. I was then seen again on the Thursday! All in all I received an excellent service!

    I was offered an appointment on the same day. I was then offered another option of either a face to face consultation or telephone. Due to the case of my symptoms I was given another appointment on the same day to investigate further. This was a quick turnaround and I was happy with the service.

    Managed to mess up my leg and went to A & E. After that the practice was incredible , and dressed my wound regularly, as well as antibiotics. The nurse was excellent as well as being reassuring. Thanks so much

    I have been going to Chatfield Health Care for years. The doctors, nurses and support staff have been brilliant. I appreciate wait times can be more of a challenge these days but I’ve managed to get appointments fairly swiftly and always feel listened to. I’ve been signposted successfully for additional support where needed including talk therapies and pain management. Support has been efficient and empathetic. On my recent visit, I mentioned a physical symptom and the gentle questioning that followed unlocked the upset I have been expetiencing - it was cathartic. Thank goodness for the NHS and my respect and admiration for everyone working in it.
