    Needed travel vaccinations updated ahead of a trip to South America. Easy to get an appointment through the online system. Nurse was friendly, checked I had everything up-to-date, and told me when others would need boosters. Even one which will need a booster when I’m 91!! No problems with the actual injections. Overall very pleasant experience.

    I had a really good experience at Chatfield Health Centre. As always, I was treated with care and compassion. The doctor was very kind and considerate. didn’t feel rushed, and I could tell that the doctor enjoys her job. Thank you 💗

    My experience was great my Doctor seemed caring she listened I didn't feel like she was in a rush to get me out and see other patients she was very attentive and I felt thankful and happy with the service I received

    Had to make an urgent and non urgent appointment recently. Although there was a slight hiccup initially, I was promptly attended to, quickly referred for an Sos appt with St George’s ENT and got the appt just a few days later. Very pleased and grateful.

    Whenever I need them, I email and get a response within the hour. Service has drastically improved. I do find it challenging to get an appointment with my preferred doctor that is within one month as it's almost impossible and they don't load appointments for my preferred doctor in advance.
