    I was grateful to be called for a health check. It was my first ever, that I recall. I’m 68. Earlier this year I initiated a request for a blood test because of my age and absence of health information. It took some persuasion of the surgery but eventually it took place. I was therefore surprised to receive the checkup invitation 7 months later. The background to the checkup indicated it was primarily about dementia. However dementia was never mentioned during the appointment and when I raised the topic, the link to dementia on the computer did not work. There was clearly a disconnect between the appointment invitation communication details and the actual appointment checklist.

    I have visited Chatfield clinic two times this month. Both times the staff at reception, doctor who examined me and nurse taking blood were very polite and professional. I was pleased with my experience.

    I have always found the surgery response very good. The Doctor’s and nurses are very helpful and have always helped with my health care. The receptionist service is also kind and clear. Considering the amount of people who want appointments.

    I have been with this practice for years now and they get the things I need done effectively. Most recently I needed a hospital appointment urgently and the doctor managed to scan the London region and found me a appointment for my examination the same day. I am very grateful. Thank you

    I have had a few appointments this past 12 months and I'm glad to say the referrals are done speedily and efficiently. Prescriptions are done quickly, and iv never hd a problem. There is a long wait to be answered when ringing the surgery, and there is a long wait to see the doctor of your choice. Other than those moans, it's a good practise.
