    In the past it has been frustrating to get an appointment because of long wait times and the procedures were not easy to understand. However I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I came in for a smear test and blood tests. I was also able to see a doctor on the same day to discuss medication. The service was very good, informative and helpful and I don’t feel so disheartened anymore. The follow up service and attentive staff are to be commended.

    Very professional and thorough doctors. They’re all very knowledgeable and helpful. I found it very easy to book an appointment and was very happy with the little time it took to get test results and having a doctor personally call and discuss.

    The experience I had in having my flu and Covid chatat Chatfield health Centre was excellent, despite the fact that the first receptionist I spoke to to book the time advised that I should go to a chemist to get the flu jab. However, when I called back a second time, a different receptionist was extremely helpful and booked my times. The nurse who gave the injections was friendly and professional so I have no hesitation in recommending Chatfield healthcare.

    First time I had an appointment at this practice and the doctor I saw really listened to my chronic issue which hace just even dismissed in the past and I felt very positive coming put of the appointment. Plans and referrsls were put in place and I hace a bit more hope for the future now, thank you!
