    The physio nurse is very helpful and knowledgeable. She got back to me within two days of my ultrasound result.

    I had a tennis leg problem following a final tennis competition match. My GP did a very good diagnostic of my carve muscles problem and I was able to get 10 physio sessions in less than a week

    I visited the surgery on 5th April 2024 at 09:10am for a 09:10am appointment. The Receptionist was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, confident and humble in helping me with my request. The phlebotomist was extremely helpful, humble, confident in taking my bloods. She was compassionate and kind. I am a very anxious person when comes to taking bloods, and she made me feel relaxed, less nervous and anxious. Normally coming to the surgery I am a nervous reck, my blood pressure escalates to sky high and I grind my with tension. But both the receptionist and phlebotomyist made feel less anxiety. So a massive, massive thank you to you both for helping me out yesterday. Thank you 😊 💓

    My experience with GP since many years is very positive. Patient service levels are improving a lot. I visited on 26th, April for an urgent appointment. It was attended very quickly by the staff in the all levels. Subsequently I visited for my bloods which was completed very quickly. GP Practice is following up with reminders which is highly helpful.

    I have been seen this last week following a leg injury. The gentle care, understanding and kindness shown to me has been fantastic. The wound is now healing with thanks to the nurse who treated me.
