    This is my second consultation with the Doctor who was excellent. I was pleased to meet him. He took the time to listen my health issues and was very helpful with explanations.

    All queries answered. Lovely, friendly and extremely helpful doctor. Seen on time and at no time did the appointment feel rushed.

    I saw Dr A for a routine but invasive minor surgery. I was nervous however her and her colleague, Ch, made the process far easier for me due to their caring, understanding and reassuring approach. Despite asking them several questions and needing a little time after the procedure to re-balance myself, I did not, at any point, feel rushed. Thank you to both of them.

    It was a phone consultation to review my health conditions and medication. The GP phoned me within the allotted time. The questions were clear and I was given sufficient time to answer them and ask questions. The discussions were friendly, reassuring and I felt at ease. That enabled me to open up automatically and explain my situation fully and confidently. Many thanks to the Doctor who interviewed me.

    Good practice spoiled in this instance by ludicrous policy dictated by insurance conditions and not medical staff. The management refused to consult on my test results and actions required besides having a scheduled call to discuss because i was on Holliday !!!! I. E. I was not in the UK. Is the practice run by medical staff or insurance bureaucrats?

    Despite bad press about GP waiting times this practice surpasses all expectations. You can always get an appointment quite quickly, and if you just need a telephone conversation, it is often within the same day/week of enquiry with extremely helpful doctors/advice. I had a query about my medication and managed to get a telephone conversation within 2 hours of my phone call to reception.

    Difficult to get appointments later in the day , but on the whole good practice, phone consults are good but sometimes would like to see in person. Sometimes when there should be a follow up it's forgotten. I had a phone consultation and person was very polite, helpful and explained why there was a problem , and would try and get it sorted for me

    I was on time for my appointment and only had 2 minutes to wait. My review was positive and so have a new medication to take and will have a blood test to check in 2 months time.
