I had a really good experience at Chatfield Health Centre. As always, I was treated with care and compassion. The doctor was very kind and considerate. didn’t feel rushed, and I could tell that the doctor enjoys her job. Thank you 💗

My experience was great my Doctor seemed caring she listened I didn't feel like she was in a rush to get me out and see other patients she was very attentive and I felt thankful and happy with the service I received

Had to make an urgent and non urgent appointment recently. Although there was a slight hiccup initially, I was promptly attended to, quickly referred for an Sos appt with St George’s ENT and got the appt just a few days later. Very pleased and grateful.

I was recently in the practice for help to heal a leg wound and there has been everything possible done to help. They are always ready to help, find an appointment slot or discuss problems. I never feel rushed. Both doctors and practice nurses do what they can to assist and heal.

It was extremely easy to register. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I got an appointment easily. Doctor was helpful and I found the whole transition process to the surgery easy.

Great 2nd appointment with v kind and helpful practice nurse who took bloods. She was brilliant and I’d really recommend seeing her for this kind of appointment. Appointment ran to time and she was knowledgeable and helpful - she did a great job.
