    My HCA was excellent - thorough, explained everything, wasn’t judgemental. Very good at taking blood sample. Personable too. Appointment right on time.

    Had a blood pressure check, then requested a blood test due to my symptoms and concerns. Practice nurse then booked me a telephone consultation with a doctor for that afternoon where I had a prompt referral for further investigation.

    I recently moved to the area and registered with Chatfield as my new GP. The switch process was super quick, I was registered within 2 days. Had my first appointment and the doctor was fantastic. Really put me at ease and was super thorough. Didn’t feel as if I was being rushed out as I have felt in other practices. The wait time was very short, feel like it’s well managed in there. Great experience overall and feel like I’m in good hands

    On my recent visit to Chatfield, my concerns and anxieties were dealt with thoroughly and in a very sympathetic manner.. Doctor and trainee staff gave me ample time to describe my issues so as to ensure I was referred appropriately. I was highly impressed with the service I received.

    Was worried about the constant pain in my back I experience overnight while sleeping so I picked up the phone in the morning with little waiting and got help straightaway to get an appointment same day. I went GP saw me and did a blood test the next day. Great efficiency and support and hopefully the Clinic stays the same with such good team and continue to offer best services of prompt appointments and also follow ups expected from GPs Thank you Chatfield Health

    I have had to wait over 5 weeks for an appointment. Need bloods let me know in advance despite letter confirming this. Cannot move forward till bloods done tried to sr d be to walk-in clinic despite the fact I am on crutches. Didn’t listen to me.. didn’t appear to care. General poor service.
