  1. Review titled Feels like I’m just a number ! Overwhelmed practice .

Rated 1 star out of 5

Sadly , I was diagnosed as diabetic some years ago after a routine blood test. I later discovered that a blood test 5 years previously to this one had not been disclosed to me, apparently I was pre diabetic but unaware of the situation. No member of staff told me this. There was no follow up. I now have to take a cocktail of drugs to control my illness. My main gripe is with the doctors still not wanting to see people face to face . Even when you do E Consult , the follow up is poor. The pandemic is now over. Doctors, quite rightly get paid very substantially, so why can’t we have weekend appointments? Newsflash , people feel poorly seven days a week and not just Monday to Friday !

  2. Review titled Awful wait times for anyone who has to call

Rated 2 stars out of 5

They text asking you to call but it takes 45mins+. Still on hold currently for my son who I can’t book for online as he’s under a certain age. The hold times for reception are obscene and not understandable when you see the volume of staff

  3. Review titled Efficient and professional

I had a telephone consultation about managing pain. The GP was knowledgeable and practical. I appreciated not having to sit in the surgery even though he was punctual and prompt. Thank you

  4. Review titled Excellent practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Peter Bartholomew - Posted on 19 November 2022

I had a face-to-face appointment on Friday 18 November regarding a recurring skin problem behind my right ear that had not healed up for 4 months. The doctor took a close look and decided that it needed further examination at the Royal Sussex Hospital and completed a form in the endeavour to get me seen ASAP. He said that if I hadn't heard back within two weeks to contact him. Whilst with the doctor I raised another issue, 'the arthritis in my neck'. To cut a long story short he prescribed me Co-Codamol 8/500 tablets which would help me manage the pain when it is at its worst. I felt relieved about the ear problem and pleased to have the additional pain killers for my arthritis. The doctor was very easy to talk to and I felt confident going forward.

  5. Review titled Excellent

I have recently moved to the area and am delighted to find a GP who is so professional and who genuinely seems to care about her patients. Would highly recommend this practise (although it did take some time to figure out the technology!).

  6. Review titled Flu jabs

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended a pre-booked flu jab on 15 October 22. This is a brilliant a quick service. The nurses were lovely. I arrived a bit early, got in the cue. The wait was short and I was able to have my jab quickly and without fuss A brilliant well done to everyone who were ensuring we were in the right queue and for the staff giving the jabs Wish you’d do this for the Covid boosters.

  7. Review titled Unable to book a doctor

Rated 3 stars out of 5

This surgery has always been good with appointments. but right now I find myself without being able to book an appointment as there aren't any current ones. I have had flu and COVID and I have a problem with my left ear and I should have been able to access a doctor but no appointments I have been too poorly to even battle with phone calls so booking online as I used to would have been an easier option for me. Already trying to change surgeries.
