I feel I have been very fairly well treated at this practice. When I have needed an appointment I have been most times able to get one. I and my wife try our best to keep as healthy as we can do that we do not have to miother the practice

I think efficiency of appointment times is important, not sitting waiting for half hr means you are in and out as soon as is practical.

I had a doctor's appointment today. The doctor was very helpful and interested in what I had to say. The doctor suggested a course of treatment to alleviate the problem, and a prescription was sent to the chemist. Follow up was discussed. Very happy with today's visit.

Great practice I booked an appointment with a gp within 1 hour. The doctor was very professional and I was able to start medication on the same day. Amazing service, thank you.

Today I rang reception to say , I think dads carcinoma had returned, I was given an appointment in the afternoon, and 15 minutes later, a referral had been sent to consultant, thankyou so much to all involved.

Phone call from gp to go through test results.follow up blood test to be done in near future .ongoing issue so this is reassuring that there will be a follow up automaticaly

My appointment was rearranged 3 times. First appointment was 20th June, then was rearranged to 13th July and then again rearranged until 3rd August! Recieved a phone call on 3rd august asking why I have been booked in for the appointment I have when I hadn’t had the certain diagnosis needed for the review I was booked in for. Appalling service

Dear Patient, I am sorry that had a bad experience at the practice, mainly your appointments being cancelled. At this time, we were experiencing staff sickness and unfortunately had no choice but to cancel patient appointments. It is always regrettable when we have to cancel any appointment, but sometime there are circumstances outside of our control. In regards to admin staff contacting you again on the third booking for more information, I can only apologies for this human error.
