Having visited the doctors regarding my medical condition I was pleased my appointment was on time and the reception staff were so accommodating. The doctor was very helpful and we discussed at length my ongoing care and the treatment plan required to help rectify the situation the doctor had done his homework and had delved into my condition we discussed a game plan and I was very pleased with the outcome

Made appointment for Tuesday 3rd. December... following which, received hospital letter, with appointment for Wednesday 11th December, very impressed with this service. Many thanks.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the GP, the staff are friendly and polite and very helpful. Got an appointment very quickly.

Recent visit re UTI confused and unsatisfactory. I offered a sample to be sent to the lab, was told to keep and present to doctor at Irlam Clinic who then said they don’t have the facility and to take back to Chapel. The process was urgent as I was leaving the country so a delay of 5 hours could have been avoided. Simple procedure error which should not happen. The receptionist actually referred to other staff as she was unsure. Careless with client welfare.

Attended for my daughter’s immunisation, we arrived over 30 minutes early and we were seen quickly, everything was explained nicely and the nurse was kind and caring, excellent service from the start to finish

I'm a former Irlam Group Practice member and was brought over to Chapel when Irlam closed. A Dr from there was my Dr and he knew me well and my disabled daughter, who is now at a Practice in Swinton. This Dr is quite distant now and acts like he doesn't know me, but I think he's likely to have been told not to be familiar with his old patients and I can understand that. He is still the most compassionate, consciousness and astute clinician in the district as far as I am concerned and I will be heartbroken when he retires. I even forgive him for supporting Manchester City!

I made an appointment for face to face appointment. I was seen at the time allocated, greeted by the Doctor who listened to me, he examined me,explaining what the problem might be, he took photos and said he would refer me to the appropriate clinic. I can't find a bad word to say about this practice, always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.
