Phoned for appointment at 8am got appointment at 9-30am had X-ray at 10-30 am receptionist was excellent as was the Doctor you can’t ask for better than that

Used the online triage for my 7 year old. Submitted request before 8 am. Surgery phoned and arranged a same day appointment by 9.30 am. Son was seen that day after school and had his medication shortly after. Very smooth experience and wasn't waiting on the phone for ages.

I requested a Gp appointment and was given one for the same day. The surgery receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The Gp I saw was very caring and supportive. He went through the appointment process step by step and was very reassuring. I left feeling I had a good experience.

I submitted a patient triage form concerning my daughters suspected hearing problems. Received a call from the surgery and was offered an appointment on the same day within the hour. Service was fast and the doctor was friendly and put my daughter at ease when she was reluctant to sit still to have her ears checked

It's a good practice and all the staff are very friendly. Sometimes I don't feel its as confidential as it should be. When a receptionist is asking you questions and making decisions on whether you should see a Dr that day or not, then when you phone for test results they say we can't give you them because we are not medical.....

The receptionist was a super star. I have not needed my GP for good 12 years but I am struggling atm. She was lovely, so calm, professional and understanding. The way she spoke to me was so nice. I was nervous and stressed and worried and she just put me at ease. Well done and thank you. The GP i spoke to was great! Didnt feel judged but supported and listened. She was on the same page as I was. Not pushy or dismissive. She listened, made suggestions, offered reassurance. Cannot thank enough for being a beautiful person not 'just' a great doctor. We need more people like her!

Reception staff friendly and very helpful. No problem booking appointments but sometimes you may have to wait if you want to see a specific doctor.

We are always working hard to improve appointment times and our current wait for a doctors appointment is 3 working days. However, some of of GP's only work 3 days a week and there is always a longer wait to see a specific doctor. Clare Richardson Practice Manager

My experience at the practice with the various people I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful, they also had a personality which was nice to see and my appointment from end to end went just as well as anybody could have asked for, so well done to all at the practice .

Every time we come everything goes well. They are great with both me and my baby and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Very easy to see someone if urgent and don't have to wait too lomg if not. The reception staff are friendly and professional even when they have moody people in.
