Staff, very friendly and helpful. GP ver approachable, sent photos to advice and guidance, response back with a week and treatment given . Wonderful service from our NHS

In March I had an appointment with one of the doctors. Who was very kind and took time to listen to my concerns. Following their assessment urgent referrals were completed and I subsequently had timely investigations/surgery.

Spoke to receptionist at 3 and saw GP at 4.30 GP helpful and gave good advice Told to return if not successful and would be referred on promptly.

Dr kapur - she’s rude and unprofessional, makes you feel like your wasting her time, we have seen her a couple of times now both for my self and the children, experienced the same experience each time. Safe to say we will never be seeing her again!!

Blood test for diabetes. As usual extremely efficient and nice to talk to whilst having sample taken. Very Informative of results expected date.

Telephoned for an appointment and appointment given within a couple of weeks as none urgent. Nurse was on time and professional as well as being able to help with putting me at ease. An overall positive experience

The wrong dose of antibiotics for my two year old was prescribed so there was a massive delay in him getting his antibiotics

Second time this has happened, go to reception book in on the machine & wait to be called, I wait &wait,go to reception & told the machine is not working, no information to tell me that. Went yesterday only this time I verbally checked in with the reception & waited, she had not booked me, my wife phone the DR because she got a text to say I had missed my appointment when I am sat in the waiting room.
