Seen on time. However, I had to wait three plus weeks for my appointment. I was happy with how my problem was dealt with. Kind and understanding doctor. Further medical referral now in the pipeline. Waiting now to receive appointment resulting from referral.

Dear Mrs Hilton, Thank you for taking the time to post this review. I am concerned that you report that you had to wait over 3 weeks for a GP appointment. Looking at the current waiting times for a GP appointment, this currently sits at 1.5 weeks. Therefore it would be great if you could feedback to me the circumstances to why you waited this long 1. Went for blood checks after blood was taken told no doctor was booked to review test results so samples were pointless and had to rebook tests in 2 months very poor you need to get your act together.

Caring doctor diagnosed my problem quickly and arranged treatment. Good results after only one day. I’m so relieved as I was in pain and having sleepless nights.

I went to see the nurse on this occasion and she can make you feel really relaxed even when having blood taken she’s very officiant and professional

Don’t go very often because my health is usually very good great urgent cases get seen quickly so I’m not a priority no I don’t mind waiting for an appt and do note the one appt one issue rule But I feel the practice is a bit stingy with prescriptions of immunisations just don’t quite feel I’ve got what I went for making me wonder how ill I need to get. Immunosuppressed or dysfunctionally anxious before treatments targeting problems rather than kind words and sensible advice

We attended for an asthma review. The nurse checked everything including height etc and was very patient even with my other disabled grand daughter wanting to be checked over as well. The nurse is a credit to the practice

The nurse was friendly and helpful. She explained how to manage my foot in case l have wound l should contact the gp immediately. She asked me to exercise by walking or go to gym. Her advice is very informative especially about my diabetes
