Handed in all forms to register my child to the practice weeks ago. Called to ask about registration multiple times to be told to call back and days later be told that the form must have been lost and needs to be re-handed in. Unacceptable and unhelpful behaviour. The reception staff failure leaves a child virtually without GP, as the previous one is miles away.
