I have never had a bad experience with this surgery from birth to present date. If people aren't happy with this service try hereford medical group then they would have somthing to winge about, I know quit a few people that are in that

I attended your GP Wednesday 04-01-23 at 3.10 pm with lump in armpit and severe pain in my armpit , neck and groin. When I sat down with the GP I told her that I had been for a mammogram for the lump last April and was informed it was a polyp and that the specialist couldn’t explain the pain.when I told this to the GP she said wasn’t on my notes from the hospital and made me feel like I was lying I just wanted to get out of there. She had no compassion and told me to use a cold compression and a warm one after .so left the doctors still in pain two days later and no answers.

Attended for Diabetes check today - excellent Nurse, explained everything to me and very thorough. Polite and friendly. Thankyou

I had self referred to a physiotherapist at hospital for severe hip pain who basically just discharged me to my GP. My GP referred me to a new MSK service at the practice and within weeks I have had an MSK review, had a cortisone injection, and have physio booked. I finally have my pain under control. Thankyou Cantilupe!
