The nurse who fitted my IUS was more helpful than i could have ever hoped for. She gave me all the proper information, everything to expect and didn’t leave anything out or sugarcoat anything. She said I could bring my boyfriend with me to the procedure, which helped me. She was direct, helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to fit my IUS. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at this NHS practice today. I called outside of term time, and it wasn’t too busy, so I was able to get an appointment for the next day at 10 am. Everything went seamlessly from the moment I walked in. I was treated immediately for my main concern, and I really felt listened to, which was great. The paramedic I saw went above and beyond. Not only did she address the issue I came in for, but she was also happy to discuss and help with a couple of other things I brought up that she wasn’t necessarily expecting. She remedied them all right away, and I left feeling very well cared for. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’m really grateful for the great care I received.

I had a smear appointment today. The nurse was very nice, everything was done as comfortable as a smear can be done (and not painful at all!). The review notes that I cannot mention names but I would like to thank the lovely nurse very much.

I attended today for travel vaccines. The nurse was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I made the nurse aware that I tend to feel faint after being vaccinated and she was very accommodating and provided excellent aftercare even though it would hold up her day given other patients would need to be seen. The nurses were clearly working well as a team to minimise holdups for patients whilst I was looked after. I also barely felt a thing during the four injections I required so a very good experience overall. I would highly recommend this GP Practice. Thank you nurses for your wonderful care!

I feel they after waiting over 25 minutes to be seen . Some one could have informed us that there was a delay in seeing a Dr or a nurse . I can't complain about the treatment as all staff are polite. Just some common curiosity would be nice if l was to aye for my appointment something is said or my appointment is cancelled.

We have now added a message to our self check-in board, and also put a poster in the reception area advising patients to let a member of the team know if they have been waiting more than 15 minutes after their appointment time. I had my first pap smear test today at this service by a lovely nurse. She was very helpful and made it very easy for me. I was very anxious around the process but she was extremely friendly and supportive and I didn’t even realise when it was over in about 1 minute. I urge all the young women out there to go and get their smear tests done!

The nurse was a massive help; I’m climbing Kilimanjaro this year and after being unprepared and pretty clueless on vaccines she quickly helped out and has given me all the information and vaccinations I needed. On top of this after feeling ill and congested for the first few months of university and having appointments at other GPs I was prescribed an inhaler and since then been feeling much better. All round a great experience in this surgery staff were kind and extremely helpful despite me being pretty unhelpful and clueless throughout.
