I found my assessment by the Dr to be very thorough and didn't feel rushed at all. I felt my concerns were listened to and everything was documented well as the receptionist was able to read the notes and as I was able to book for a telephone consultation follow up, instead of being ready to ring at 8am the next day. All in all a very positive experience.

Very prompt appointment, thorough and detailed guidance on HRT. Excellent explanations and opportunities to discuss a range of treatments. Practical considerations provided and very helpful tips given.

Started poorly in Dec 2023 and have been seen by Dr, Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse, who have all been extremely professional, thoughtful and understanding during my continuing treatment. They have all taken time to try different approaches and have shown great care in dealing with my needs.

Having visited the surgery on 19th August 2024 and seeing the new practice nurse, I was totally reassured about the problems I was having. I experienced nothing but professionalism, understanding and empathy, I felt like I was being listened to and not rushed at all. I have to say that I have never had any issues with any staff I have seen in this practice throughout the years I have been a patient there.

Following an appointment with the nurse practitioner I was contacted by phone later that day and an appointment was made for an X-ray which I elected to have at Guisborough Primary Care Hospital. That took place on Monday 19th August. The results were back the next day and an appointment made for today, 22nd, when a plan of ongoing action was discussed. This was all very quick and I am pleased with the speed and efficiency of the process.

I managed to get a same day urgent appointment and then a second within a week. From then had several telephone consultations . All very helpful and all at the time said. I cannot thank the initial GP I had a face to face consultation with, and the AP I spoke to subsequently enough for the advice and genuine concern in trying to help me.

My Nurse Practitioner today was attentive, clear and supportive. She listened carefully to what I said and responded with clear options for my prescriptions moving forward based on my current need. She also made sure I was aware of any potential risks of taking HRT and BP tablets but reassured me that treatment could be tweaked at any time and ultimately I ‘didn’t have to suffer’ with HRT. She also reminded me of any symptoms of blood clots to look for. She was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.

I visited today the nurse practitioner for a consultation today and a few weeks ago and both times, she showed empathy and was very knowledgeable and a lovely lady. She was also very thorough and understanding.

I had to make a call to doctors I was feeling in crisis the person that took my call was very professional and took the nature of my call adding had I got the crisis team number which reassured me and was given an appointment which greatly eliminated the panic I was in. I want to thank that person so much for the time taken with me and being understanding
