    I used my GP portal. Received a call back from a Dr. Explained my concerns that I have had for my health for the last couple of years. Explained I am very worried as it's been happening for so long. No appointment to be seen so they can maybe see if it's high blood pressure/heart problems. I'm not happy and there's nothing I can do. It's really upsetting when your that worried and your concerns are dismissed. How can you assess someone and say that it's not heart problem when you aren't checking or doing tests, not even blood pressure as your on a call. I do not have confidence in what I was told and I am now left worrying and can't contact the GP as I've already tried.

    Got message to say do blood test at home if no monitor contact practice done this they said not got monitor have to wait for one to come in from on loan got message today to say last day to do test still no monitor contacted practice they now say I can go in for the test today why send out messages if you can’t provide equipment is this just a paper tick box.?

    I use Ask My GP and have found it invaluable, providing prompt response to various matters. I can not praise enough the staff on my last visit for their Medical Care and pleasent professional attitude. Thank you.

    I left a brief message this morning regarding an ongoing problem which I haven't been able to resolve on my own. I received a message very quickly saying I would be contacted today by a clinician. I was phoned by a GP, had a long conversation which resulted in a course of action which I'm sure will be very helpful. I was surprised and pleasantly pleased by the efficiency of this system. I appreciate that this is not the same for people who have an urgent requirement, but, nonetheless... really pleased with my first proper interaction with this surgery. Very helpful.

    I was booked in for an asthma review and from the moment I was called by the asthma specialist I was treated with courtesy, cheerfulness and the utmost professionalism. I had expected a short check-up but the process was exhaustive. The procedures and reason for each of the tests was explained and I was reassured that I was in good health. I left confident that I had been properly examined and understood the options available should my condition change.
