Went for a punch biopsy on my leg. Was reassured throughout, felt both the nurse and GP were really very kind and went above and beyond to help me.

The ladies (sorry I can’t remember names) that dealt with me were both very kind & considerate. Also very efficient. I would be very happy to be seen by them again.

I have just recently had minor surgery to get a small skin tag/mole removed on my inner thigh. The 2 ladies who carried out my procedure were amazing, lovely bedside manner and super quick. Thank you for making me feel at ease & for a positive experience

I was referred for minor surgery to remove a couple of moles. Appointment arrived quickly and I was treated in minutes. Dr gave clear instructions and information. Nurse was friendly, caring and efficient

Pleasantly welcomed at reception, short waiting time, Doctor and nurse made me feel at ease. The minor procedure was explained to me and then performed quick and efficiently.

I had an issue which my GP (At a different practice) was not to bothered about but he referred me to Burscough for my peace of mind. They were awesome, super helpful, very empathetic, and quick to act. They performed a minor procedure whilst in the appointment and a week later I was back to have the stitches removed. Everything was seamless and they were really friendly throughout the process which made everything so much more reassuring. Brilliant.
