   Receptionist needs to learn manners. Dreadful lady,I asked where I should wait for appointment and she said upstairs and as I walked away I looked back to her shacking her head and commenting that everyone downstairs was seeing a nurse. Rude ignorant lady who shouldn’t be working with the public. Not the first time I have found her very rude !

   I fell ill whilst staying in burnham market. I visited the practice @ 8am, got an appointment @ 10am om same day, diagnosed with chest infection prescribed antibiotics. Collected from in house pharmacy within 5 minutes. Excellent service from start to finish. Thankyou
