Unfortunately I found a GP today at this practice to be rude, highly dismissive of my pain. I had hoped for better treatment in 2024 but this was not it. Even though I am a healthy weight, they would rather tell me to lose some instead of look into the root cause.

My mum suffers with horrendous anxiety and can get her words very mixed up and talks very fast this is just how she communicates. After being told she would be rang twice about a prescription, the day after she still hadn’t heard therefore called back and tried to explain herself. The receptionist was very rude saying she couldn’t get a word in edgeways!!! My mum kindly explained she suffers with severe anxiety and apologised to which the receptionist wanted to speak to myself (her daughter) about the situation which I thought was uncalled for. My mum is most upset especially after being referred to as snappy and the receptionist couldn’t get a word in edgeways! Please don’t let this happen again!!
