I needed to contact the surgery in relation to my daughter. I completed the on line patient triage form at 7:30am, the duty doctor rang me at 8:10am and scheduled an appointment with a female doctor for her at 11:30am the same day. Amazing and efficient service. The doctors always contact me straight away and I always get a same day appointment regardless of the urgency of my medical issue. Cannot fault the doctors and surgery staff. The introduction of the 24 hour prescription pick up service makes me value you all the more. Thank you!!!!

I attended today for a blood test. The nurse was friendly and proactive when I mentioned another issue I had been experiencing. I now have a further appointment which was arranged promptly and efficiently for an ECG. I can not fault the service I received.

Never had a bad experience with this surgery. They are always willing to help out in any way they can. People often moan about the receptionists at doctor surgeries but, I can honestly say that they are fantastic in every way possible!

Amazing service from everyone from reception to pharmacy and of course the Dr 8.00 message to Surgery, received text to say it had been received & sent to on call Dr 10.00 call from reception offering me an appointment same day 14.00 Seen by Dr medication prescribed. Following day had what may have been a reaction to the medication. 15.00 Called Surgery for advice. Information passed to the Dr I saw yesterday. 15.30 Dr called Spoke about symptoms on the phone. Received a link to share some photos of the possible reaction. Video call with Dr who then asked for me to come in the surgery. 16.00 seen by Dr changed medication also checked my original symptoms from yesterday. Left surgery with a different medication and plan of action. A surgery we can depend on when we are not feeling at our best. Well done to everyone involved

I have only just joined this practice and am so impressed. I was able to book a routine appointment in advance, something I was unable to do at my previous doctors. The reception staff are extremely helpful and even followed up a query about a repeat prescription. The Dr I saw was very helpful and really listened to the point another appt had to be made to follow up. Further tests and referrals now following . Am so happy I changed surgeries.

Have visited Little Paxton surgery this morning. 18/07/2023. Whilst waiting I once again totally blown away by the receptionist working today. She is wonderful with everyone she deals with and so efficient. I have witnessed this so many times on our visits. She clearly loves her job and it shines through. I did tell her because she so deserves praise. She is an absolute asset to the practice. We are so lucky to be patients. Great experience today again.

I am new to the area and this doctors surgery. My appointment with the practice nurse yesterday was very thorough. What a lovely lady, she took time to explain my care going forward. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like a patient rather than just a number. Thank you so very much.

After an appointment at the GP surgery I was referred for a scan at the hospital, which came through very quickly. I had my appointment at the hospital last Wednesday and by Thursday morning I had a message from the GP surgery telling me everything was ok. Such an efficient service. Thank you
